Non-lethal toxic doses at 100 150 75 led significant blood changes after a increase activity enzymes alkaline phosphatase (ALP), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glutamate (GDH), significantly increased total bilirubin concentration plasma These results proved both anthelmintics even though they have wide safety margins.
